Bright straw yellow of high intensity, clean and crystalline, with greenish reflections on the edges.

Nose

Complex and frank, predominantly citrus aromas (lemon, orange peel) combined with exotic fruits (pear, mango). Balsamic notes of mint and honey are integrated with subtle floral nuances (chamomile, lavender) and hints of minerals and toast such as almond and hazelnut.

Palate

Gentle, glyceric entry with a medium creamy sensation. Fresh, with good volume and lively acidity, resulting round and balanced. The finish is persistent, with an aftertaste reminiscent of citrus fruit, lightly toasted nuts and slight mineral nuances.
