TASTING NOTE

Color

Lemon yellow with greenish reflections and medium intensity.

Nose

Intense and elegant citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit zest), accompanied by stone fruits such as apricot and a delicate floral touch (orange blossom). On opening, notes of butter, pastry and subtle hints of quince and honey appear.

Palate

Very fresh thanks to its excellent acidity. Unctuous, with good structure and remarkable body. Intense citrus flavors enhanced by pastry notes, with a long and pleasant finish.
