The 2020 vintage was characterized by a very cold winter with the usual rainfall in the area, the beginning of spring had cold temperatures, as the spring began with snow, and the months of April and May alternated rains and cool temperatures, this made the plant had a fantastic sprouting. The summer was dry and warm, the plant was well regulated.
At the beginning of September we felt that autumn was beginning, the sun was present but not hot, days were very short and minimum temperatures were cool (between 5 and 10 ºC), on the 20th it rained 33 liters and on the 22nd we began to harvest, a vintage of great maturity that left us wines with a fresh and elegant profile, resulting in a refined wine, slightly acidic and very perfumed.
