LA GUIA 2022

The 2022 vintage was characterized by a very cold winter with the usual rainfall for the area. Spring began with cool temperatures, starting with snow, and April and May alternated between rain and cool temperatures, resulting in fantastic budbreak. The summer was dry and warm, allowing the vines to regulate themselves well.

At the beginning of September, we felt the arrival of autumn. The sun was present but not warming, the days were much shorter, and minimum temperatures were cool (between 5 and 10 ºC). On the 20th, 33 liters of rain fell, and on the 22nd, we began harvesting. This vintage yielded grapes of great ripeness, resulting in wines with a fresh and elegant profile, a refined, slightly acidic, and very aromatic wine.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Intense cherry red color with violet reflections, clean and bright.

Nose:

Aromas of ripe red and black fruit such as cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, accompanied by light floral nuances and hints of spice.

Palate:

A smooth and balanced entry, with good freshness and rounded tannins. Its fruity character stands out, with a pleasant and well-integrated structure.
