It is considered a village wine, as it characterizes the wine traditionally made in these municipalities. It is made with native yeasts and, interestingly, its aging process involves vessels made of two materials: stoneware jugs and oak barrels. A fruity red wine with hints of spice and wild herbs.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Intense cherry red color with violet reflections, clean and bright.
Nose:
Aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and cherry, accompanied by notes of wild herbs and hints of spice that add complexity and freshness.
Palate:
Smooth and fruity on the entry, with good structure and well-integrated tannins. It is balanced and flavorful, with a fresh and persistent finish.
