Description

La Raspa is a very fragrant dry white that, thanks to its easy drinking and its design, promises to become a summer revelation. It is made primarily with Muscat of Alexandria, the flagship variety of the Axarquía region of Málaga, but its blend also includes Doradilla, a native grape from the Sierras of Málaga that is subtle in aromas but adds volume and very interesting saline notes on the palate. Both varieties come from small plots where freshness prevails, and La Raspa is, above all, a toast to the Mediterranean, to tradition, to roots, and to friendship.

TASTING NOTES

Nose:

Characterized by its floral aromatic profile, with notes of white flowers, ripe white fruit (such as peach and pear), a subtle scent of Muscat, and perhaps some exotic fruit depending on the degree of ripeness. It is also often associated with light herbal nuances, mineral notes, and a slight aniseed undertone.

Palate

Fresh, with good acidity.

Pale yellow, clean, and bright.
