La Vieille Ferme Blanc 2024 is a young and fresh white wine made with a selection of native grape varieties from the south of France: Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, and Vermentino. Grown in the Luberon mountains, this wine stands out for its balance of freshness and complexity. Harvest took place between August 2 and October 3, 2024, ensuring optimal grape ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes were pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, thus preserving their aromas and freshness. This wine is characterized by its approachability and versatility, making it ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
