Liquore Quaglia di Rabarbaro is obtained by infusing selected rhubarb roots in alcohol for over 60 days. To intensify its flavor, citrus peel and vanilla are added, creating an elegant and highly prized liqueur. Its color is light brown and its alcohol content is 20%. This liqueur is ideal as a digestif or as a base for original cocktails.
