Louis Latour Chablis 'La Chanfleure' 2023

Chanfleure is the ultimate expression of Chardonnay, born in the famous hills of Chablis, halfway between Dijon and Paris. Chanfleure is an old word used as a synonym for tâte-vin, in fact it is the pipette used by winemakers to take a little wine out of the barrel to taste it during vinification. It is a perfumed, cheerful, clean white wine. It is a brand that has been in Louis Latour's archives since the 1970s associated with a highly competitive category of wines.
