LOURO DO BOLO 2025

Louro do Bolo 2025 is a single-varietal Godello white wine, made with grapes from our own vineyards located in the municipality of O Bolo, in the districts of Chandoiro, Lentellais, Outardepregos, and Santa Cruz do Bolo. These plots are located at an altitude of over 600 meters and are cultivated on sandy, granite soils with clay sediments. Viticulture is based on traditional and organic methods, free from harsh treatments for the plant and its soil, allowing the expression of O Bolo's microclimate and its sandy, granite soil to take center stage in the wine's profile

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Clean and bright straw yellow color with greenish hues.

Nose:

Intense and complex aromas that combine floral notes of fennel and gorse, with a delicate hint of chestnut blossom. Citrus notes and an attractive hint of wet rock are also perceived, providing freshness and minerality.

Palate:

Fresh and enveloping entry, with a rich, creamy texture that blends into a complex, fruity mid-palate. The finish is marked by the saline minerality of its soil, lending personality and character to this great wine.
