VINEYARD AND WINEMAKING

Plots in the Salnés Valley and Ribera del Ulla, respectively, which share the same

method of cultivation, climate, the Atlantic influence and the caress of a river. The vines, following the tradition of the variety, are trained on high trellises at altitudes of 139 and 160 meters.
