The Alto Adige Pinot Grigio of St. Michael Eppan was born at 400-500 meters above sea level in the vineyards of the municipalities of Appiano and Caldaro.
The wine is a pure Pinot Grigio, whose grapes are harvested at the end of September. The must ferments in steel tanks, where it also partially undergoes malolactic fermentation.
In the glass it presents a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with hints of white and yellow pulp fruit. The palate is warm and smooth.
Ideal as an aperitif on its own and as an accompaniment to simple cold appetizers of land and sea.
