New vintage of this fantastic white wine from Valdeorras made from 100% Godello grapes from young vineyards of about 15 years old on average.
Montenovo is a white wine made from a manual and selected harvest in the vineyard and in the winery. Vinification begins separately according to the vineyards from which it comes. After a brief skin maceration, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. Clarification by means of mineral agents. Cold stabilization and gentle filtering through earth.
Montenovo has an excellent quality-pleasure-price ratio.
