Fontodi's 2021 Meriggio is a white wine from the Tuscany region of Italy, blending 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Trebbiano grapes. This wine is made from grapes grown in the La Rota vineyard, located in Panzano in Chianti. Fermentation and aging take place for six months in a combination of stainless steel tanks, terracotta amphorae, and tonneaux, using indigenous yeasts.
