O Luar Do Sil Sobre Lías 2022 is a white wine made in the Valdeorras appellation in northern Spain. This wine is a limited edition that is produced by fermentation of native grapes of the region such as Godello, which has been aged on its lees, i.e. the lees of the grapes.
The particularity of this wine is that it has been aged on its lees, that is, the dead yeasts that accumulate at the bottom of the barrel during fermentation. This gives it a unique character and greater complexity on the palate.
O Luar Do Sil Sobre Lías 2021 has a bright yellow color with golden glints and intense aromas of white and tropical fruits, floral notes and a subtle smoky touch. The palate is elegant and fresh with balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish.
