With a very limited production of 900 bottles, this great wine is a tribute to the first Count of San Cristóbal, who was OYDOR of the Royal Chancery of Valladolid and Knight of Charles III.
Made with grapes from very old Tinta Fina vines in the area of Quintana del Pidio, in the highest and coldest part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, being the oldest of them PREFILOXÉRICA, as it was planted on ungrafted foot in 1861.
An exclusive, very limited, elegant, profound and perfectly harmonious wine, with the ageing capacity of the Great Wines and the character of the OYDOR to which it is named and to which it pays homage.
