Through Cristina Malbec, pioneer wine in Andalusia with this grape variety, the Ronda winery tries to make known the quality of mountain Malbec, unique and very special.
TASTING NOTE
The nose is an explosion of fresh fruits such as blueberries, raspberries wrapped in floral notes of violets and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs.
On the palate, the smoothness of its tannins is impressive. The acidity is vibrant, but at the same time juicy, with a very smooth, elegant and persistent texture.
On contact with air, the wine opens up and shows great complexity, minerality and intensity.
