TASTING NOTES
A wine with a lively red colour with violet hues, an intense robe and persistent tears.
The nose initially tells us of its ageing on fine wood, with aromas of vanilla and coconut, white pepper and hints of oregano. As it opens up, the complexity of its bouquet increases, showing notes of liquorice and a great intensity of red strawberries.
On the palate, its attack is unctuous and fresh at the same time. Its velvety tannin caresses the palate expressing all its richness. A sweet, concentrated, persistent wine with a long, spicy aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with fatty dishes: stews, duck magret, vegetable stews, tripe... as well as oily fish.
