Félix Callejo is one of the wineries in Ribera del Duero that best manages to show, through its wines, the maximum expression of the Tinta Fina variety (Tempranillo) and the terroir from which it originates. Parajes de Callejo is a single varietal Tempranillo from 25 year old vines cultivated under organic principles to obtain the maximum expression of the terroir. It is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
