Marisol Bueno, creator of the Pazo de Señorans winery, decided to give this wine a long ageing in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle. This was an unusual method of winemaking until then. Pazo Señorans Selección de Añada was released with the 1995 vintage and since then it has been the winery's top wine and a white wine valued at the top of the world rankings. Undoubtedly, it is one of the best white wines of the moment.
