he Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut Brut Millesimato Le Contesse 2023 is a sparkling rosé made by the Le Contesse winery, located in the province of Treviso, in the Veneto region of Italy. This wine is produced from a careful selection of Glera (85-90%) and Pinot Nero (10-15%) grapes grown in the hills of Montello. Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method, with a second fermentation in autoclave lasting approximately 60 days. The 2023 vintage is characterized by its freshness and elegance, reflecting the favorable climatic conditions of that year.
