MARIA REMIREZ GANUZA RESERVA ESPECIAL 2019

The María Remírez de Ganuza Reserva Especial 2019 is a high-end red wine that pays tribute to María, sister of founder Fernando Remírez de Ganuza. This wine is made from grapes selected from vineyards with an average age of 60 years, using only the de-stemmed "shoulders" of the best clusters. Vinification includes fermentation in new French oak barrels, followed by aging for 22 months in the same barrels, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.

TASTING NOTE

Appearance:

Intense cherry red color with garnet glints, bright and high layer.

Nose:

Deep and complex aromas, with notes of ripe black fruits such as plums and blackberries, accompanied by spicy, balsamic and smoky touches. The creamy and enveloping oak is perfectly integrated, providing a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Palate:

On the palate, it is powerful and flavorful, with a smooth and velvety entry. The tannins are fine and well-structured, offering a sensation of balance between fruit and ageing. The finish is long and persistent, leaving memories of black fruits, balsamic notes and hints of cocoa.
