Tasting Notes
Characteristics: Harvested at night. Maceration with skins for 4/5 hours at 10ºC. Fermentation at 13.5ºC. Aged for 3 months on fine lees.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Powerful, fruity, with notes of green apple, citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers, aromatic herbs and hints of fennel.
Palate: Very fresh, with good acidity, intense flavor, fruity, balanced, complex, with a long and slightly bitter finish.
