Remírez de Ganuza Reserva is the first wine to come out of the Remírez de Ganuza winery, one of the pioneers in making signature wines in La Rioja.
It shows all the elegance, harmony, know-how and experience of the winery. Despite its youth, Remírez de Ganuza has already become one of the benchmark wineries in La Rioja.
Remírez de Ganuza Reserva is made from Tempranillo, Graciano and skins of Viura and Malvasía grapes from vineyards over 60 years old.
The grapes are harvested by hand in 12 kg crates. Before fermentation, the grapes are kept in cold storage for 24 hours at a temperature of 4-6 degrees.
