Pale yellow with greenish reflections and brilliant clarity. Reflects youth and visual freshness from the glass.

Nose

Fresh and vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus (lime, lemon), white flowers and a subtle mineral background of flint or wet stone. Occasionally, herbaceous or dry hay tones are perceived.

Palate

Dry, vibrant acidity adds energy and tension to the palate. Medium-bodied, clean and fresh texture, with grapefruit, lime and apple flavors. The minerality adds depth and persistence. Long, saline and slightly creamy finish in extract.
