RIPPA DORII Blanco Geografías Los Curas 2023

Los Curas is the plot from which the Verdejo used to make this Rippa Dorii wine comes. Partially fermented in tanks on lees and in barrels, and aged for six months, this is a full-bodied, fresh, and highly varietal white. Ideal for enjoying a summer meal.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Very bright greenish-yellow color with golden highlights.

Nose

Very suggestive and complex on the nose, with notes of anise and fennel on a creamy background. Reminiscent of lemon jelly, light honeyed notes of orange blossom, and violet candy. Tropical fruits such as passion fruit also emerge.

Palm

Round, sweet, and with a very fine touch of bitterness. Juicy with excellent acidity. Very balanced, full-bodied, and has a very fresh and long finish.
