RIPPA DORII Sauvignon blanc 2025

Rippa Dorii Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a young single-varietal white wine from the Rueda D.O., produced by Rippa Dorii, a project of Bodegas Ontañón. Produced with grapes selected through night harvesting, this wine stands out for its clarity and consistency in the glass. Its vibrant character is born from controlled fermentation at low temperatures and a brief cold maceration, followed by a blend with a small percentage fermented in barrels to add complexity.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Bright straw yellow, with golden reflections and light greenish hues, very clean and fluid.

Nose:

Intensely fruity and mineral. Notes of pineapple, banana, and white fruit emerge, accompanied by a citrus touch of grapefruit and a balsamic undertone characteristic of the local Sauvignon Blanc.

Palm:

Elegant, fresh, and round. Its breadth, smoothness, and remarkable balance between alcohol and acidity stand out. The finish is persistent, fresh, and very pleasant at retronasal.
