Fresh, unctuous, and richly aromatic, this Verdejo from Rippa Dorii will delight Rueda lovers. A white wine to which, to add even more complexity, 5% barrel-fermented wine has been added, creating a unique and delicate blend.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Straw yellow color with greenish hues.

Nose

Very intense, with balsamic aniseed notes, aromas of fennel, white fruits, citrus fruits, and tropical fruits.

Palm

Smooth, very elegant, with a hint of bitterness typical of the variety. Excellent structure, volume, and balance between acidity and alcohol content. Broad and powerful at retronasal, very persistent and complex.
