An elegant wine with a lot of personality, one of those that when you uncork the bottle you are preparing the next one.
TASTING NOTES
VIEW
Bright ruby red colour with medium depth, clean.
NOSE
Intense and complex with aromas of black fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, and undergrowth (lavender, dill, rosemary). There are also notes of balsamic wood that evolve towards sweet spices, such as vanilla, coconut, clove and chocolate.
MOUTH
Shows personality and character. Balsamic and menthol elements that enhance the flavours of black fruit compote (maraschino). The finish is long with slightly bitter oak ageing notes (cocoa, coffee) that cleanse the mouth and invite further drinking.
