Pairing: Roasted red meats, a selection of semi-hard cheeses: Pategras, Fontina, Gruyere, Emmental, meat pie, stuffed pastas: sorrentinos, agnolottis, lasagna and Creole dishes: empanadas and all kinds of casseroles.
