SOLERA CLASICA PX 1920

Sweet wine made from sun-dried grapes, aged in American oak casks using the "criaderas and soleras system" for over 20 years. Coming 100% from the solera that began in 1927, it is the winery's flagship sweet wine. It corresponds to a harvest that took place more than 7 years ago, and after that long ageing in the bottle, we have decided to commemorate the 290th anniversary of its solera.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR:

Bright mahogany colour with iodine tones.

NOSE:

Notes of dried fruit, figs, dates. Hints of liqueur chocolates and coffee caramels, with undertones of roasted coffee, liquorice and molasses.

MOUTH:

Elegant, full-bodied and sweet. Frank on the palate, reflecting the nose: raisins, dried apricots, dark chocolate, coffee and burnt caramel. Subtle hints of black pepper and nuts on the finish. Very long finish.
