- All the varieties are vinified by direct pressing. The Cinsault and Tibouren in Stainless steel vats. The Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Bright pale pink color with silvery highlights.
Nose:
Delicate aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes and a salty mineral touch.
Palm:
Fresh and balanced entry, with vibrant acidity that highlights fruity flavors and a long, elegant finish with saline nuances.
