They say that bottling the wines in Luna "turning off" is positive for the guard. First impressions of a very special plot for us. Red Grenache, combined with 15% slopes, a sandy loam soil. Very disaggregated and with little presence of cork. Here it shows a very subtle side. At the same time, fermentation was spontaneous and this led us to obtain an even more authentic wine.
