TASTING NOTE
Eye
Bright cherry red with cardinal rim, medium depth, bright and elegant.
Nose
Medium-high intensity, fresh, fruity, typical of our tinta fino del país with ripe red aromas such as cherry, plums and cherries, ripe strawberries, dairy, the sticks of our childhood, floral and very characteristic aromas of the terroir, mineral and the freshness of the must and fermentation. Red liquorice and with an aftertaste of wet autumn leaves. Secondary aromas of ageing.
Palate
Full-bodied in the mouth, sweet, round, balanced acidity, fruity weight of red fruit on the palate and with retronasal notes of ripe red fruits and a little bit of fruitiness. Noble and fresh with a long ageing potential.
FOOD PAIRING
Semi-cured cheeses, cured meats, friend of mycology, ideal for our local chops, small game stews and duck micuits with sweet reductions.
