TRAS LOS MUROS 2021

Tras los Muros is the work of winemaker Berta García and was released in the 2017 vintage, making it the latest addition to the Pazo de Señorans portfolio. This rich and complex Albariño, thanks to its fermentation and aging in oak barrels, displays a style reminiscent of some great white wines from Burgundy. Those eager to try it can do so now, but its aging promises to be a surprise.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Bright straw yellow color.

Nose

It displays aromas of citrus, wild herbs, and ripe fruit, along with pastry notes, balsamic hints, and sweet spices from its aging on fine lees.

Palate

A white wine with intense fruitiness and freshness, good acidity, and an elegant, delicate touch of spice and bitterness on the finish.
