- The grapes were partially destemmed and fermented for approximately one month in open wooden vats with "bazuqueos". Maceration for approximately another 30 days and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wooden vats.

Corullón is a delicate, enveloping and elegant villa wine, the result of the steep slopes of Bierzo, of that landscape that combines Mediterranean and Atlantic factors at the same time, and which brings silkiness, freshness and minerality to the wines.
2022 was, in the words of the winemakers, "a different vintage, of contained surprises, intense work and the reward of a seductive and elegant grape".
