Aged spirit.

The production process included double distillation in traditional pot stills over direct heat. Double distillation of the best part of each one, the heart of the heart.

Aged for over 15 years in 225-litre Limousine barrels that had previously contained Albariño wines.

TASTING NOTES

Colour:

Topaz with golden/antique gold reflections, thanks to its long ageing in oak.

Nose:

Complex, delicate and elegant — toasted notes, vanilla, nuts, candied fruit and hints of wood from the barrel.

Boca:

Smooth, silky and rounded on the palate; warm and voluminous texture, with body and depth. The palate combines hints of nuts, wood, candied fruit and vanilla, with a long, pleasant and elegant finish.
