AGUARDIENTE HIERBAS PAZO DE SEÑORANS 50 CL

Made from Albariño grapes, this liqueur from Pazo de Señorans is certified under the Aguardiente de Hierbas de Galicia Geographical Indication. The production process included double distillation in traditional pot stills over direct heat, storage in 2,000-litre stainless steel tanks and maceration with dried herbs and seeds. The result is a fresh herbal spirit with a smooth, slightly sweet attack and a bitter finish.

Amber colour, bright and attractive.

Nariz

Good intensity of sweet and bitter chamomile with hints of aniseed accompanied by coriander seeds, which make it fresher and more cheerful.

Boca

Mild entry with a slight sweetness and bitter finish.
