The process of making Tequila Clase Azul Plata begins with the harvesting of the agave, which is cooked in brick ovens with mesquite wood to soften its flavor and create a juice rich in sugars. The juice is then extracted and distilled in copper stills to obtain a pure, crystalline tequila.
