Colorless, clear, bright and crystalline. Very complex with aromas of fresh fruit, delicate citrus accompanied by white ores characteristic contribution of Italy, and in the background is manifested bell pepper and green apple, almonds and raisins, typical description of the quebranta grape that gives the alcoholic character and balance between the quebrante and italia. Sweet, unctuous entry, showing light citrus, peach and fresh grass flavors. Slightly alcoholic, characteristic of a good acholado, versatile to drink on its own or in blends. A warm mouthfeel finish, recommended to start a winter morning.
