Colorless, clear, bright and crystalline. Intense aromas of apple, hay and honey. Great body and structure. Aroma of dried fruit, white pepper and spices. These aromas mask the alcohol making it easy to perceive the qualities of a good Pisco. Round on the palate with a sensation of dried fruit, cream and pepper. Persistent on the palate; and a warm herbaceous finish. Very good to start the day with a glass.
