A collector's wine from brothers Marcos and Miguel Eguren, made entirely from Tempranillo from vineyards over 50 years old. Marcos Eguren defines it as "the union of tradition and modernity."

TASTING NOTES
Serving Temperature
Recommended serving at 16°C.
Winemaking
Traditional production with two vinification processes: destemming (50%) and whole bunch (50%). Eleven days of maceration with the skins. Daily pumping over, with less frequency in the final days. Fermentation with native yeasts selected from the vineyards at a controlled temperature of 23°C. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
