Cava made with reserve wines from old vines of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada varieties over 50 years old. Aging with lees 6 months in barrels of the base wine. All the second fermentation in bottle is with cork stopper and more than 50 months. Manual "Dégorge" of all the bottles one by one, to reach the maximum expression of the cava, to highlight the aromas, let oxygenate five minutes and one minute in the glass.
