ALBARIÑO PAZO SEÑORANS 2025

Pazo Señorans 2025 is made with 100% Albariño grapes from our own vineyards. After manual harvesting and skin-on maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine then rests on its lees for 5 months, giving it greater complexity and smoothness. Before being released, it is aged in the bottle for at least 4 additional months.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Bright straw yellow color with greenish hues.

Nose:

High aromatic intensity with a marked varietal character. Notes of white fruits such as green apple and pear are perceived, along with stone fruits such as peach and apricot. Citrus notes (lemon and grapefruit), floral and herbaceous notes are also appreciated, with a slight mineral undertone.

Palate:

Fresh and flavorful on the palate, with a pleasant mid-palate and well-defined volume. Fruity and citrus flavors stand out, accompanied by a smooth and creamy texture. The finish is long and refreshing, with a slightly salty aftertaste.
