TASTING NOTE
Appearance.
Nice pale yellow color with golden reflections. Clean and bright, it has a nice, abundant, slow-falling tear.
Nose:
Clean and well-defined of medium-high intensity. Attractive aromas of white fruit with citrus nuances accompanied by floral notes, hints of pastries and pastries, subtle herbaceous and soft toasted.
Palate:
In the mouth it is intense, with a silky, velvety, creamy and fresh passage. Freshness is provided by a wonderful acidity and slightly bitter aftertaste. Remarkable length and persistence. A very elegant white wine.
