Big Bang 2022 is a aged red wine from the Ribeiro D.O., produced by Vinos con Personalidad winery under the direction of Pablo Vidal. It originates in Galicia from a careful selection of indigenous grape varieties: Caiño Longo, Sousón, and Brancellao, which combine to express the essence of the Galician terroir in every glass.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Intense cherry red color with purple highlights, medium-high density, and a clean, bright appearance.
Nose:
Complex and appealing aromas: ripe red fruits (such as cherry and blackberry), spicy and balsamic notes, and subtle hints of flowers and wood.
Palate:
On the palate, it is lively, juicy, and fresh, with good structure and balance. The fruit flavors linger, accompanied by spicy nuances and present yet elegant tannins.
