Description

Rufina is a wine from the Las Santas collection, of which 1,955 bottles were produced this vintage. It can be considered one of Descalzos Viejos' most exclusive wines, and it has at least three distinctive characteristics: it is the winery's only 100% Syrah, it is made from a small, single plot of land that is only vinified in the best vintages, and it ages for 16 months in a 500-liter oak barrel that has been previously seasoned with a naturally sweet wine from the Axarquía region of Málaga. The result is well worth tasting.
