Chotis Gold 2015

CHOTIS GOLD is a red wine produced by Toni Martin Bodegas y Viñedos in the DO Vinos de Madrid.

Chotis Gold ensures that it will keep for around 15 years thanks to its structure in the mouth and its acidity.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Ruby red colour with violet rim. Bright, clean, crystalline and medium depth.

Nose: Medium-high intensity, it is a faithful reflection of the Garnacha of the area, with the minerality of its granite soil and structure. Great impact of red and black fruits thanks to the bazuqueo, together with its floral aromas of violet and black liquorice. Aromas of local undergrowth such as spices, laurel, dried figs and olive trees. Aromas of French oak ageing, vanilla and some smoky pastry aromas.

In the mouth: It is frank, fresh and with weight of fruit, respecting the olfactory phase. Structured with a balanced acidity and a gourmand tannin. Subtle mineral and red fruit and balsamic aftertaste. Milky, artisan bakery flavours and with fine texture from the French oak.
