De Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is a Sauvignon Blanc white wine from AOC Pouilly-Fumé made by De Ladoucette.

De Ladoucette has its origins in the 18th century and owns some of the most extensive and famous vineyards of Pouilly Fumé. Today, it is Baron Patrick de Ladoucette who continues to run this legendary house and who continues to produce some of the best wines in the area.

Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks to keep its fresh and floral character intact. It remains there on the lees for a total of 8 months.

Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is an excellent example of a great Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fumé, the Loire.
