It is a terroir wine, fruit in its balance of ripeness and freshness, displayed in its most natural form. It is always cold-aged and protected from oxidation and contamination. A natural wine, with no added sulfites.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
The wine has an intense red color, with ruby and violet hues that denote its youth. The deep, bright hue in the glass reflects the concentration of flavors and the quality of the grape.
Nose:
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry, plum, and a touch of blackberry are perceived, along with a background of spices such as cinnamon and black pepper. There are also subtle notes of flowers and a touch of damp earth, which add complexity and authenticity to the olfactory profile. The presence of light oak provides a layer of smoky and vanilla aromas, a result of aging.
Palate:
On the palate, Patio de Valdemonjas 2023 is a medium-to-full-bodied wine with a smooth texture and well-integrated tannins. Fresh acidity provides balance and vitality, while ripe fruit flavors are accompanied by spicy notes and a subtle hint of oak.
